Oops, I should've read the rules more carefully. 
Anyway, there are a few guides on here on how to make your own lists, they were helpful to me when I didn't have advanced. Good luck

You can't select which shop you want to visit unless you are an advanced member. (Or if you've got a restock list.)
Probably cause s/he's drowning.
