From my experience, it is definitely not worth fighting for your account unless its of tremendous value was frozen for a debatable reason. Even then, don't expect it to be a cakewalk. Best of luck

Takes around 18 months to get any sort of reponse and then they'll tell you they can't unfreeze you because they don't keep records for over 12 months.
