I removed the blue background on those as I felt it clashed with the rest of the theme personally, however left it when its highlighted/hovered over.

 

Fixed the status update timestamp text now too (thanks to @Waser Lave for the help!)

I have no idea what any of that stuff meant. I just like being able to click the logo and going back to the forum page and clicking the little balls on the side of the thread and going to the last read post.
