From my experience, about 1 in 200 quests will be a ffq. That was based on the faerie quest event a couple of years back. Haven't taken stats from the cookies yet.

Let me see if I get this

 

1. You open a new account

2.  You get 150 NC free

3.  You buy a Quest Fortune Cookie for 100NC

4.  You hope to get a Fountain Question.

 

However

1.  You  can't adopt a fancy color until your account is 4 months old (is that right)

2.  Can you paint in a restricted color before you account is 4 months old?

Yes you can paint and can't adopt, but you can always pound transfer a painted pet from an underaged account to an aged account

So if you had access of a school or county library,  made 50 Gmail accounts.

I do believe if you just want different ips, a vpn could do it. I had a vpn at work before and the ip would change by a few number everytime you connect to the vpn. Of course, you could go a library and switch computers every time you create an account.

in my 4 months account i opened maybe 8? i won some NC from the contests here. i used them mainly for training but i did i get one FFQ. i used it to get myself a turtle (maraquan shoyru).

Might be worth letting some of them mature before you use the cookies (I know you want a FFQ now, but the system seems to favour old accounts)

i sorta skimmed through it, whoops. that's a lot of work. you should consider buying FFQs. people sell them for 2mil.

I've opened a few. I think I needed two before I got the FFQ? Used it immediately on the avatar. The FFQ itself is just not worth it.

no idea...10? 12? quite a few, I use them for the training. I've gotten one FFQ from them, and i had another randomly a couple years ago.

Of course. But multiple accounts and free nc is always viable.@iKate, I used 250+ for dailies at one point. Got all of them chain iced cuz I got too greedy and decided to ab magic without proper experience.

Opened two or so, didn't get a FFQ from them. It's not really worth buying Cookies for a FFQ and you're better off buying an account with a FFQ (given you don't care if the quest is on your main or not..). I got one so far and that was when restocking. If you're just creating tons of accounts and use the initial NC for a cookie, go ahead but even then, better spend that time learning how to program and write a script to automate it ..xp
