Joe, at first when I met you, I was taken aback by your 'brashness' towards others. But I soon learned that it was not the only side of you and that most of the time, you can be a great guy to talk to. If only people could see past that initial stage and beyond, they would learn to appreciate you and what you do for Neocodex as I have. I really respect you for the role you have played over the past few months (to say the least) in regards to bringing activity to the site. Helping me out along the way with your new/not new role as Moderator again has been a godsend. You work well with the rest of the team and bring your own 'spice/flavour' to the staff.
