It's a purple lamp shade. In shape of a star. Hope that counts. I swear there aren't any normal lamps in this house and shops are closed over the weekends in this village...

 

I really wanted to take a picture with the cows but they were on the opposite end of the field and I was too lazy to go there, it's hot. So this fly will have to do.

Guinea pigs in the first pic, one in the little tube that you can hardly see. he kept running away from me. Also, Petsmart is extremely busy on saturdays. Who woulda thunk it.

I found 3 purple lamp shades at pier 1, two super dark with nice gold foil inside ((might go back and get it, super pretty) and one with a reddish inside. xD

I went to one specific spot where there are ALWAYS sea lions hanging out on the docks, and today for the first time ever they weren't there. I was soooo disappointed

The point from this round can not be used at the end of the competition to break a tie and declare yourself winner - UNLESS both participants miss a round, thus still being tied, and one has this bonus point banked.

First the purple lamp shade:


I hope you appreciate the damned lamp shade. SO HARD TO FIND OMG. I went to home depot, I went to lowes, I went to walmart, I went to Target, I went to bed bath & beyond, I went to pier 1, I went to TJ Maxx, I went to JC Penny, I went to Macy's... and no goddamn purple lampshade. I finally found one at Fuego. I was just about ready to give up and cry.

But more importantly...
