Yes, that is what I mean. If the statue is detailed and colored in a way such that it resembles the person in real life, then yes.

Ended up finding my brother's fathead of himself (narcissist much?). It wouldn't stay on his wall so I thought they threw it out but I guess my mom kept it! Thank god.

As I mentioned previously, my boyfriend and I went looking for one the other day, but were unsuccessful. Today we decided to try again, first stopping at a church down the street from his house. There were a bunch of people hanging out in the parking lot where the cache was supposedly located. After searching for a while without finding anything, we decided to leave and maybe try looking again later when there were fewer people around.

 

We discovered there was another cache hidden in the woods near a park in my neighborhood, so we figured we'd try searching for that one instead. We parked on a side street and attempted to find a path through the woods, but it was pretty muddy and overgrown, so we drove over to the park parking lot and headed into the woods from the other direction. In the cache's description it said, "Over the river and through the woods," so we carefully crossed over the little creek that runs through the park and navigated through branches, downed trees, and thorny bushes. It didn't take very long for me to find the 30 cal. ammo box hidden under a bush with the text, "GEOCACHE NO DANGER" printed across the side. Inside, we found a plastic bag containing a log book, a few small kids toys, some silly bandz, a golf ball, pen cap, hair clip, and a Goodyear VIP discount card. I brought some bottle caps with me to leave behind because I collect them.

My first ever geocashing experience. It was so fun! I looked like a goose wandering around from tree to tree with 2 smart devices in hand (one with the webpage and coordinates, the other with a compass) until i finally found the hiding place, where i did a little happy dance. With a stick, i poked away the rock, hiding the 'treasure'. Victory!! Oh boy, that was fun!
