I added a few complaints.  I'd be complaining if I got warned for some posts that deserved a warning that I made in the last week or so.  I made a post in particular knowing I was risking a warn, but I needed to call someone a retard.

Interesting reason to create the role.  I'd be more concerned about contacting Lee than a staff member.
 
Also, I'd like to lodge a complaint.  Lee is too good of a fit, I demand someone who is a poor fit gets shoehorned into that role.  That way people will bitch about someone getting promoted to a role with no real power, and we can complain about how the staff is clueless.  That'd be great.
