I think the second place person should take on the next one and in the past, the prize has been given at the discretion of the person giving the prize.

There isn't really a time determined, but normally its started a day or so after the winners are announced xD

I'm not sure proceeding would be an issue. The prizes are all relatively the same in value. I assume she'd want a Baby PB, so there shouldn't be any harm in 2nd/3rd claiming the remaining prizes and/or taking it upon themselves to go ahead and host the next contest. Just my two cents.

There was a baby pb held for you. Also @Rocket I was waiting til neopets was actually fixed, but I guess the pure is left for me. I'll PM you a trade link tonight when I get home.
