Hey guys, I'm new to using Abrosia. I read the guides and set my settings accordingly, but I've run Abrosia about seven times now for a few hours at a time, and it still has yet to buy anything, so I'd like to figure out why. I suspect it has something to do with the fact that I'm starting with only 20k to begin with, but here are the rest of my settings:

General settings:

General wait delay: 8.0-18.7 sec

MS Pre-haggle/Igloo/Attic buy delay: 1.0-1.2

OCR Page delay: 1.0-1.4

Attic page delay: 3.0-5.0

Check main shop RS ban removal ever 15 mins

Unknown items not checked

Main shop buy settings:

haggle algorithm: fixed %

haggle percent: 5.2

Main shop settings:

Use lists provided by Neocodex database checked

change shop when shop stock is full checked

Igloo AB settings:

Enable Igloo checked

Enable when RS banned from main shops checked

use Igloo AB list checked

Profit must be greater than 5000

No Abandoned Attic (account too new)

No item management

Thanks in advance guys!

18.7 might be too high

Plus with riskier settings, I have seen no events in 5 hours because shop was too full/too many other abers in same shop.

I've been having the same problem for the last 3 days.

Using the default settings for refreshing etc, program was working fine for a week and has now stopped buying.

Does the program have any misses? Where are you located? I think the settings are actually way too safe, and you may be missing restocks with those refresh rates. Also, if you are far away from the servers and/or have a slow connection, you would need to increase the haggle and OCR times to compensate for the delay.

Test some random junk in tiki tack to see your buy times

I have a pretty slow connection. It's enough to play HD movies without staggering, but I'm not a gamer or anything, so I have the lowest tier internet package. I'm located in Florida. By 'increase haggle/ OCR times' do you mean make them shorter to compensate for the delay? What times would you suggest? Is there any way you can track how fast the program is actually running with internet speed factored in?

How would I know if I have any misses? If it reports that on the log, then no I have not.

How can I set it to visit Tiki Tack? It doesn't appear to have that option.

I don't think you're able to change the shop you are in since you aren't an advanced member, but you should still be showing misses for sure. I am not sure what settings you are actually able to change, but I will share mine just for comparison. And as far as the misses go, they will show up red in the log, and any item you buy will show up green.

EDIT: Ninja'd by Nitro but I mean exactly what he said. I would reduce the delay but you'll have to tinker with the settings to find your own perfect solution because it's going to vary for everyone depending upon latency and internet speed in general.

My refresh is 4-10.

My prehaggle and OCR are both .2-.4 and that gives me around 1600ms buy times.

You can make a list of items in the Tiki Tack. In fact, you can make a shop for any list to tell Abrosia to go there. Here's some guides for you:
http://www.neocodex....-using-notepad/

http://www.neocodex....774919&hl=lists

(that one is a tool to help you with your lists)

http://www.neocodex....773016&hl=lists

(this one contains already made lists for you to use. None for Tiki Tack, but they're still good for other shops)
