I need to stop watching horrifying videos that make my heart race, and make me angry. The videos aren't helping my condition at all, and are just making me worse off...but I'm trying any way I can to get closure. I quite literally feel like I'm suffocating.

I can't take my anti-anxiety/anti-depressants because they give me insomnia...no matter what I'm fucked.

I don't think so, I haven't been writing but I wasn't before really either so idk. I feel more restless, though. Lots more time in the day since I'm waking up like four hours earlier but I'm not being productive with it.

That's nice that you've got more time to do stuff since you're waking up earlier. Definitely a great way to appreciate the summer weather. Shame that you haven't been writing much, seemed like you enjoyed that before.

Being drunk is pretty nice, lots of wine to enjoy - Mirassou Pinot Grigio has been my wine of choice lately. I feel like I sleep better and am laughing more. But it could just be the social aspect of being with lots of loved ones while drinking

I do enjoy it, and it's my major so I should be working on it, but I haven't felt the passion I usually feel. No muse as of late.

Pinot Grigio is my favorite summer wine. Does give you a deeper sleep, and helps with stress. Being social doesn't hurt. Always nice to share a drink with friends.

Speaking of sleep, I would rarely dream when I went to bed high, or at least not remember it. Since stopping,  I've been having very vivid, long, story-like dreams that I've considered writing down, but they haven't been especially pleasant, so I haven't.

Tempted to call in and play hooky again so I can finish re-arranging my room... and test out Assassin's Creed III Ultimate Edition. But my crush is working and it's almost guaranteed we'll be paired up in the kitchen so... probably wont tbh. 

Then again more than four hours of sleep is quite tempting as well...

I finally gave in, and let them prescribe me antidepressants today. I start taking them tomorrow. I'm afraid I'll be on them my whole life, because I've probably needed them since I was 14. I'm so scared of needing them, that I always cry when I try to talk about any kind of psychological medication.
