Brother is AWOL from probation. He got fired, disappeared, and won't contact anyone, except the ex he might have knocked up, and contacted HER through the dating profile he's not allowed to have. He's probably going back to prison, and I don't think I GAF anymore.

I've had an absolutely fantastic few days, but my anxiety just hit me like a brick wall and I need groceries before the kids get home and I don't know if I can

My brain hasn't been in the right place these past weeks. Idk what its been but I've felt like I was going thru the motions of life with no care social interactions were hard. My bodies stiff my neck hurts I've had a headache for 6 days.but my mind has been in a terrible place. I'm 100% better today but man i hated the world .

I cried for 20 minutes straight last night with Frodo because I missed Sam. Or because I'm just overly emotional right now. I'll probably go the humane society next week and look at new babies.

speaking of emotions, everything makes me want to cry. Every time a sad song comes on the radio my eyes well up, seeing an ambulance or fire truck race by with their lights on, I start to feel all cry-ey.

I guess I'll take the overly emotional thing rather than being depressed and dark.

Thanks <3 I contacted the humane society, but I think due to the fact of where I lost him, he'll end up being a farm cat and not turned in if he is found by someone. He'll be happy, but I will miss him.
