I've been off my anti-depressants for I think a little over a month now (I lose track of time easily) and I'm feeling great. I know my body is still adjusting but I feel like my moods have mostly mellowed out. I feel like I have more empathy now, which is a weird feeling.

I'm excited to see things go up, but I also know that things can just as easily go bad.

Yes. My soulkate, @Swarley @Rocket and @DonValentino all assured me that the way I reacted was perfectly normal and understandable and I wasn't being an outrageous unreasonable bitch and shouldn't beat myself up over it.

I was so close to sabotaging my co with a perfect crime, but in the end I chickened out, mostly because it would mean I would lower myself to their level and partly, I would have to drive 40 miles with her home because she would be too much of an emotional wreck to function.
