Despite the fact the nights are cooler, I still can't shower indoors. Every damn year it's the same thing. My brain refuses to adapt when it's no longer "appropriated" to use the exterior shower. Every time I go to the bathroom, close the shower door I feel claustrophobic, it's so restraining. So here I go, take a shower outside, again, when it's 18ºC and even a bit windy, risking a cold or worse.

August was the best month this year. Thirty one days of happiness. The nightmares didn't ruin my mood, not even being apart from the Three Tiny Mammals sent me to a spiral of sadness and desperation. It's a bit scary because this never lasts.

The doctor, on the other hand, has had limited time to get to know you and can only analyze what you tell him/her during your sessions. It's great that you've decided to seek help, but if you truly want to "fix it," it's going to take time, patience, and effort (mostly on your part).
