I peed in the water. :l It was like a half pee? You know, like some comes out...then you're like oh shit, yeah I'm in the bath, maybe I should wait to pee?

I haven't pooped in three days, only small balls of poo. But I know I'm full of poop, and it's driving me crazy. I can't go one day without pooping or I feel bad and grumpy.

I'm willing to drink a lot of milk so I can have diarrhea and get rid of all this poop.

After years hearing stories about it, I had my first encounter with the dreaded disappearing poop. At first I didn't know it was a disappearing poop, I thought I was going insane, "did I... No, I must have... but, it felt like it... WTF IS GOING ON?". Then I realized "oh, it's the disappearing poop! YAY".

So through a lot of hard work and dedication I've currently lost about 40lbs over the past few months. Everyone around me keeps commenting on how good I look. That's great right? Except that I don't see any changes. The only changes I do notice are when my clothes dont fit. I'm still on the downhill slide and plan to lose quite a bit more weight, but slow and steady. When I look in the mirrow I want to be able to see what everyone else see's but I still see the same fatass me.

I used to be skinny so I know what I would look like being skinny, but even seeing pictures of myself from like 3 years ago when I was on the climb and about the same weight I am now, I can't see the resemblence when I look in the mirror.

I definitely FEEL better, but want to feel good about myself too.

First of all, congrats, that's amazing! You should feel very proud of yourself for sticking with something for your benefit.

About the "misconception" of your image, I think that's normal when we spend so much time not liking what we see in the mirror or we got used to what we see even if we don't like it.

You should try to use the changes (clothes not fitting, people's compliments) and use them yourself every time you look in the mirror -a bit of imposed self-esteem never hurt anyone and for you to be able to enjoy your victories in full force and the compliments you have to fell them yourself besides the obvious (for others) physical change. "I lost 40lbs since X", "I did it", "I can see the difference", "I'm a beautiful lady 'coz Athayde said so". Do it in the morning and you'll be ready for the rest of the day.

But, as an art student, making lots of art and speaking lota of artists, I can honestly say that most modern art is indeed a load of bollocks.

I have some weird superstitions. One of them is, when I'm having a hard week, something good will happen. I'll have an important exam this Sunday (same one I did in June(July? idk) which I already got the necessary score), and I was pretty confident about it, but now I think I'll do even better at it because of my shitty week. But, as an art student, making lots of art and speaking lota of artists, I can honestly say that most modern art is indeed a load of bollocks.
