I'm just wondering if anyone here got frozen already from using Autobuying? :o

Long ago my friend got frozen and the reason was autobuying and he doesn't even know about restocking lol. He just trade pets and a bit of NCs thing like that.

Haha, when I was still selling NP, my accounts would get frozen within a 5-6 month cycle (one time, my accounts didn't get frozen for as long as one and a half years). I was at the point where I don't flinch at the loss and just tap into my reserves and start all over. I know I have 60 accounts frozen for sure and those donn't count the accounts frozen for other reasons like cheting on flash games.

I can boldly say that you're not a full fledged cheater until you don't get a few accounts frozen because it's essentially a rite of passage..

It's been a while, but I've had some very well established accounts froze because of ABing. SSing got me too a few times, so I AoB now. No slip ups with AoB yet, so far.

Too true, Keil! :) Heh I agree with everything you said regarding earning the badge from accounts being frozen...though I've never had nearly the number of accounts that you have.

Been frozen from score sending, but haven't been frozen for ABing. It's pretty "safe" as long as you don't have it on 24/7 all day and have the times set as low as possible.

How do you not know what . . .

SSing is Score Sending,

AoB is Auto Buying.

I believe not

AB =  auto buying

AoB = array of bytes (changes flash games to get high score)

AB is rather safe i think as long as the times is reasonable

Frozen for mainly games. too little time for scores or too high a score(Kass basher)

I've never been frozen for ABing personally. I've lost dozens of accounts through the years from other methods of cheating. I think AB is very safe as long as you are cautious and always compare your actions/settings/decisions/etc to an actual legit restocker!

I might be lucky though, with my internet connection I might not even be able to look illegitimate if I tried. *fail* That's odd that your friend was frozen for that..

I've been AB'ing for awhile now (5-6 months in total) and have yet to be caught. You just have to be smart, as everyone else says. AoB'ing is another thing though. I sent a score sunday night that I got way too quickly for it to be close to possible...no review/trophy yet. Just waiting for the freeze :/

years ago I was frozen for abing and pretty much most of my guild I was in.  Felt bad as I had purchased prezzy's for xmas and birthdays to give them all and felt that they were iced because of my actions.

I was frozen once, which was when I left neopets, but now I'm back. Lol.

My times are really bad because of my location. I set the program at 0.01 and still AB at a speed of 1500~2300ms..... @_@ mostly around the 2000ms mark though.

In any case, I think AB isn't very risky, but it's the shops that presents a risk. I was AB-ing at magic and stamps a few weeks before I got frozen. Should've just stuck to backgrounds and food and spooky lol.

I have this problem too. The internet is already slow here when I'm trying to do something that's in a Brazilian server. When it's an American server, much worse.

That's pretty much like my connection here, I set Abrosia's settings as low as possible and the lowest I could get out of it is in the 1950ms mark. Well, so far, never frozen from ABing and I take extra caution regarding on which shop I ABed. Never done magic and never stamp. Pretty much I got frozen on multiple accounts on other cheating programs that's related to flash game, mostly SS -.-

Then I never ever want to AB again, just want to play safe.

I did a long time ago when I used to run 8-10 hours straight overnight with unrealistic buy times. This was like 5 years ago.

But I've been going for over a month now with more humanized settings. It just gets discouraging missing out on 1mil+ items sometimes, but I assume everyone does. :p

I just autobuy on my main with buy times over 3 seconds.Whatever happens happens. The safest way to play Neopets is to not play at all.

^^ buy time of 3 second is way too safe for me..have been abing with times of 1.5-2.5sec, and nvr been frozen..even abed in high risk shops like magic, and stamp.

Even with my fast refresh times and ab times stamps is still the hardest to ab, i miss about 80-90% of the  stamps even the ones less than 20k. I honestly dont get how the soo called "legit" players in the rs chat (ppl who post what they got) are acutally able to buy stamps over 100k in almost every rs..seems kinda bs to me..they must have buying times of less than 1.7sec to pull these off

Those are pretty safe times your getting. It's nice too play it safe like that! They certainly are full of it, I saw someone posting UBs every stock on the RS Chat Snipe board and they snagged a r99 stamp as well. It was a very busy time of the day and they would have needed a buy time around .6 seconds to even have a chance! :p

nah anything under 2 sec is risky..i read in some other forum that if u have buy times under 2 sec, ur flagged bc neo has a code that signals this. I mite know who ur talking about lol..but serious those ppl must have multiple accounts running aber to achieve this...i can barely get any stamps with my refresh times and buy times
