I only remember any info to my main after a year+ hiatus from Neo. I made a new side today to get one of the new pets - actually I made two for the issue I'm asking about - but I've been kicked from my account both times.

 

I've made two accounts; I was kicked from one before making a pet, and I made a Four-letter pet on the other before getting kicked. The accounts aren't frozen; they just don't let me log in. It says the password is incorrect for both, but I can still reset the passwords. I've done it several times and been certain I was putting in the right password, but it won't let me use the accounts.

This is a bit confusing, perhaps you can clarify. Are you logged onto both accounts at the same time (because that will log you out)? 

 

I haven't been frozen recently, however my old frozen accounts take me to the 'bad password' page when i try to log in. I can change the password and type it in correctly all day long but it will not let me in. It is an error that has occurred since the change over. In this case the accounts have been frozen but are showing up as though the issue is a 'bad password'. (To check you can try viewing the userlookup page, if the accounts are not frozen you should be able to view the account externally)

 

Neopets has been lagging big time and is still working out its own kinks. If none of the above mentioned is true for your accounts then perhaps try waiting a little, maybe a day and then try again. i made a new pet on a side with no issue, however it never took me to a confirmation page i just refreshed my userlookup and saw my new pet.

Oh, sorry for being unclear.

 

I've tried to log into the accounts one at a time, but get the bad password page whenever I try to log into either one. I think it might have been the usernames. Catchy, but I could understand if they got frozen.

haha ok. Sorry to hear that it is not all working smoothly for you atm. I hope the issue becomes officially resolved soon. If the account is frozen you won't make it passed the 'bad password' screen. In this case i would recommend you send TNT a ticket :)

Looks like it was frozen. Man, and CravingCyanide really rolls off the tongue.
