What happens to my payments before I meet the requirements?
Before you become an established seller with PayPal, payments you receive will be placed in your PayPal account's pending balance and won't be immediately available for you to withdraw or use to make payments. If there are no issues with the orders, your funds will be available within 21 days from the transaction date, or sooner if we can confirm the item has been delivered. This practice is part of PayPal's security measure to ensure safer online transactions.
