Payments you receive will be in your pending balance for up to 21 days. They can be instantly available in your PayPal account, once you're an established seller with us. To qualify, you'll need to meet 3 basic requirements.

^ That is always on my account.

When I click for more information.

there are sentences like the following:

Funds availability

Payments you receive can be instantly available in your PayPal account, once you're an established seller with PayPal. To qualify as an established seller, all you have to do is meet these 3 basic requirements:

Complete 5 transactions without any buyer disputes, claims, or returns.

^ SO FAR I HAVE 2. I DON'T KNOW WHY IS IT STILL 2 BUT I HAVE ALREADY HAVE RECEIVED MORE THAN 5 PAYMENTS FROM MY BUYERS ALREADY :o

Receive $100.00 in payments for goods and services.

^ So far highest I receive is 18$

Be a seller, receiving payments with PayPal, for at least 60 days, from the date you receive your first payment.

^ Its around 23 days already :o

What happens to my payments before I meet the requirements?

Before you become an established seller with PayPal, payments you receive will be placed in your PayPal account's pending balance and won't be immediately available for you to withdraw or use to make payments. If there are no issues with the orders, your funds will be available within 21 days from the transaction date, or sooner if we can confirm the item has been delivered. This practice is part of PayPal's security measure to ensure safer online transactions.

^ Do I really need to meet all those requirements? :o What If I attach a card then can I get the money from my paypal?
Can I buy stuffs online? Can I buy Load for Steam wallets something like that?

What market are you using for sales? Is it strictly through Paypal? My experience is only through eBay but .. yes, you need to meet the requirements -- all of them -- before the payments clear instantly. Those are some lax requirements, too, because eBay's requires much higher sales and transactions before payments start clearing instantly.

Transactions on eBay are also considered as a buy from 1 person in a week's time. If they purchase another item within the week, even if it's in a separate buy several days later, it still considers it one transaction. Multiple items are also considered 1 transaction.

Money in your Paypal account will still need to clear regardless of if you attach a card or not. You just have to wait until you meet the requirements regardless.

I got that message when I received my first payment from paypal as well, however I had the option to verify my account and receive funds instantly by confirming my cellphone number. I guess it must be different for folks in the Philippines. Best of luck to you, and happy selling! :)

This is a very unhelpful comment. :( Why would you say something like this?
