Password is literally IMPOSSIBLE to retrieve

This is ridiculous. For the past 6+ months I've been getting a "Error: An unknown error occurred while trying to send the password reset request. Please try again, or visit the Help Centre." error when I attempt the Lost Password feature on the site. I can't open a ticket because I have to log in? Plus there's no e-mail support? Only thing I'm seeing is the legal department e-mail. What is this? It's practically a catch 22. I'm locked out of my account which mind you is 12 years old, with virtually no resolution in sight. So excuse me if I'm a little bit upset but this is very aggravating. I don't know what to do anymore or how to contact them.

 

Can someone give me some advice? I think I've been patient enough.  <_<

Make a new account and send a ticket with that one? It worked with one of my other accounts.

Yea, I'd do what Honchkrow suggests, just create a new account to submit your ticket. Or just make a new account and try to see if you can reset the password on that account. If not then it's probably just servers currently and just wait until all the bugs are fixed

Argh, I just got back into NP and I'm having the same issue. Any idea when this problem will be resolved? 
 

I know that my password is in the Abrosia account login, but its in the form of little black dots. Is there anyway to make the text appear?

You could try something like BulletsPassView.

Or you could try to contact TNT through FB and someone will send a ticket for you :o
