A solution for your issue has been suggested.

 

Hi,

I can only unfreeze one account per multiple account abuse situation. If you wish, you can pick one of the accounts listed above and I'll see what I can do. Just make sure all of the required information is provided.

My account was frozen in 2009, so just because it has been awhile, doesn't mean it is purged. If you aren't sure if it is purged, I would send a ticket. I was previously told I would get mine back with all items of value removed, then I was told I waited to long to reply to their offer (I had a back surgery and was medicated), and the I was told my account was no longer in their system and there was nothing I could do. I haven't followed up since the end of 2010/beginning of 2011... This guy didn't act like it would be difficult with the short and simple reply to the email. Part of me wonders if they can still even access why accounts were frozen after so long of them not being active... It wouldn't hurt to try.

Ughhhh, the help page is down and I need to submit another ticket. I apparently have the bday/password wrong even though I'm using the bday/pass I submitted in the ticket.

Great, the help page is down. I submitted my ticket on the 19th and had no reply so far, but some of you are getting replies after me? Doesn't look promising for my account :(

I got my account back. 

12.5 Years Old. 

 

I am very happy.

It only took like 3 days for them to do it.

TNT Help sent back and forth nearly 25 emails with me.

Re-earned my love for the site with how much they helped me. :D


I need a comprehensive premium FAQ or contact information for premium billing.

 

I can't find it?

I'm so sad my first account is now purged. I would have LOVED to try and get it back. ;__;

 

But happy for everyone that's getting their old relics back! Must be a really cool feeling. :D

25 emails O_o I only sent one ticket and it got unfrozen. (Although I can't log-in because bday info was wrong or something) I've gotta wait until I can resubmit another ticket to get the right bday.

That is why it took so long- to verify bday and password so I could get in - because it wasn't working. :)

How much did you remember about your account? I'm feeling like it won't work to me because I can't remember anything about mine.

I knew a lot about my account, plus had screen shots of a lot of things.

Yes...

I was neofriends with my account on a side, so I knew the age.

I always used the same month and day - so that gave me the birthday.

I told him I couldn't get it work, and asked if it was 1 of a few passwords.

 

He agreed with the birthday, and set the password to one I picked.

 

I have also seen them reset the password and tell people what the birthday.

 

I was just honest... I said I lied on the birthday over 12 years ago so I could be on the chat...
 

They seem pretty cool.

I knew like username, password, that I got some NC when I was younger, why it was frozen, one of my pets and what color it was, one neofriend, and that's about it. Thought I knew the bday but I was wrong XD

Yup, hopefully you can get it unfrozen. I just need to wait to get the right bday now.

I've just sent a FB message after seeing this, I have access to my original email on it and birthdate, hope I can get it unfrozen. Will be a good few year old now, I loved my pets and the username is awesome.

I got the standard 'Your account has been frozen for cheating. Using any number of cheat programs' etc response. I guess you guys got someone who was having a really good day!

I used to cheat hardcore on the account I'm trying to unfreeze, but I got frozen because I was stupid and said something that I didn't mean to. Because of that simple mistake I lost the account :|

We'll see how long it takes. Only did that since I'm waiting for the help page to get back up.
