Yup, I tried to convince Tony that he was stupid and I had a good reason to get my account back (not with those words, of course), and he said he can't unfreeze it because they have no records of it, since it was frozen 2 years ago. I call BS.

 

Mine was 2012 and apparently they have no records from then. 100% BS.

I messaged Neopets FB sometime last week and asked them to look into my frozen account (been frozen for like 4 years) and I told them I didn't have a ticket number but gave them my account name.

 

I got an email from Tony on Monday responding to a really old ticket saying they needed a little more info to unfreeze my account. I responded almost immediately and my account still hasn't been unfrozen.
