So i have been angered at TNT for quite some time now, first off I submitted a ticket upwards to four years ago trying to get my first ever account back, since I forgot the birth date I put on the account (Which I think it's stupid that they validate with a birth date and not a question like 99% of the rest of the world.) when I made it with my friend 7 years ago! This ticket is still Open!! This baffles me!

And my second ticket, surprise surprise also has to do with the birth date verification! Me and four friends made a joint account three years past, and we mixed our birthdays together on the account and do not remember what the product of our birthdays was. Thus, after 200 days of not logging on to the account I was presented with a birth date verification on the account! I've given them the email used with the account, password, pin, items, bank amount, neofriends and safety deposit box items! What else could they want? And this ticket is still open as well!

I heard Neopets switched owners this years so i have hoped that their service department would be better but i guess not... Has anyone else had this problem?

Submit another ticket now. They are getting better at answering tickets now I hear

Yea, follow his advice. One of the members on the Codex here just got one of their accounts back after 10 years. I don't remember the birthday to my account to so I'm hoping I can get my account back.

Well, you could try sending them a message on Facebook :0 I'm not even joking lmao. They ignored my ticket for a couple of months, saw someone or the page runner or something say to message them with your ticket number and they'll get on it. Top quality customer service right?? But hey, it worked and they responded to my ticket really soon after that ^^

I'll try that to see if it works. I really want to unfreeze my account (but sadly I forgot a lot of info, but I think I remember enough)

Yes, the FB messaging thing and supplying them with an email for them to get back to you is the BEST way (especially since the ticketing system is down more often than not).

It got answered, and account unfrozen. But I still can't login? Says birthday/password is wrong. But I used the password/birthday I used in submitting the ticket. So confused.
