I know this is the method advocated by most celebrity chefs but it feels like a waste to me. I can't help but feel that you waste a lot of the fruit stuck to the peel. The other way is tedious at first but once you get the hang of it it'll take less than 3 minutes.

I got paid.  I racked up a metric fuckton of OT/Double time last pay period, so....  I'm happy.

Yesterday I went to the mall then to a really nice Mexican place for dinner. Then we had a nice walk on the beach even though I stepped on something that made me bleed.

 

 

I know this isn't today but I always forget to post.

Forgot to add that I know where I'm living in London, and it has underfloor heating or something so that's nice.
