I slept through my alarm, came to work 1.5 hours late, on a day my advisor wants the curriculum reform project due (it's not done), but so far, no one seems to have noticed I was late, and my advisor hasn't come to ask me about the project. I'm going to have to initiate the convo, which sucks, but I'm working my tail off until then. And, there's a thunderstorm outside. <3. As if the ecosystem is trying to make me feel better. It's Thirsty Thursday tonight at the local Single-A Affiliate of the White Sox. I have friends coming into town from all over to celebrate my birthday this weekend, so I think we will get things started tonight with dollar drafts.

Something good: I discovered that the thing I PANICKED ABOUT ALL BLOODY DAY was a simple mistake, and they fixed it. I have all my Appalachian trail pictures back. (Still don't know what happened to the Bonnet house ones, their missingness seems to be unrelated. But I can go BACK there, or get pictures from the net since it's a standing museum. I canNOT reproduce that AT trip.) Crisis, minimized.
