My dinner was an entire watermelon. And now I filled up the watermelon with rum and mixed it with leftover watermelon juice and I'm drinking it with a straw. I wasn't sure whether to put this in the confession thread though, because my watermelon addiction sounds like a problem. But I fking love this problem.

I've been seeing so many delicious looking watermelon/alcohol concoctions lately and I really want to get one.
The most recent I saw and wanted to try was to take a whole watermelon and cut a hole in it large enough to fit in a powered egg beater/mixer (one beater not two). puree everything inside the watermelon, add whatever alcohol you want, then pour into a glass and enjoy.

I saw that one as well! It's circling around on facebook. I just think its 10x easier to just cut the melon in half, scrape it out and throw it all in a blender lol. Seems you'd get a lot of delicious watermelon meat leftover if you do it with the beater.

It is my last day in this position. I will be moving to another area of the building to work on parcel mail instead of flats(magazines). The good thing... I get a going away party with cupcakes because my supervisor wants to send me off well. Didn't really know i made that much of an impact in three months.
