I woke up late for class (yesterday), walked into my pathology lab where we were gram staining stuff. We didn't have to turn anything in, so I just gram stained an empty slide so I could leave first anyway. Whatever, nearly no doctor (MD) in the world does his own gram stains. I got out of there in 20 minutes.

Exactly! People don't get why I love rain, they say it's sad and shit, but I just love it.

I haven't tasted the sour cream yet, but the cream cheese wasn't bad. I guess you could say that the flavor is slightly off in the same way that Lactaid tastes slightly different than regular milk, but it still tastes like cream cheese. It's a million times better than the non-dairy cream cheese alternatives I've tried.

 

The brand is Green Valley Organics and I found it at Whole Foods. They do have a store locator on their site, but it doesn't seem to be very accurate. I checked a different store on the list before going to Whole Foods and they didn't actually carry it.
