I got to sleep in until 10am.

 

Then I got to have a little bit of bacon for dinner. Yuuum.

Okay, I'm freaking out.

 

So there's this really important part of the exam I did this weekend, which is a text we have to write (I don't know what to call it in English), and it was basically about domestic violence. I put my inner feminist to the test and started writing a bunch of stuff about sexism, and fear, and whatnot. After I finished, I thought it was pretty good, I felt very proud of myself. Hours later, I ask my text teacher (again, no idea how to call it in English) if I wrote too much nonsense, but she said that I wrote my introduction exactly like how she would (it's the most important part of the text, where you show what you're gonna talk about in the next paragraphs). At this time I was already feeling great, after all, I wasn't expecting to be good at the exam this year.

 

Now someone just posted in our class' WhatsApp group the "model text" (about how a perfect score text would be like), AND MINE WAS SO SIMILAR.

 

 

 

I actually think I might be able to pass this year.

Went to the local Halloween/Fall Festival with the fam. Life is good.

Yesterday I was promoted from a silent character with a chainsaw to a more prominent role with text. I'm now placed in a treehouse with a megaphone and can now shout insults at guests in a thick Texan accent in our redneck themed scarezone. It was so much fun to do and I received so many compliments that I'm over the moon right now.

Today (yesterday, since its 2:23 am) I decided to buy an xbox 360 and the new Guitar Hero Live game. Tried it out a little but going to play more today(tomorrow, like 7-8 hours away or so) and hopefully get it setup in our Sun Room with the old Rear Projection TV (its like 60 inch or something) so we can play some GH on Halloween.

I had my graduation gig. It was amazing, we made some mistakes but overall we did sound great. Also, I've met a great group of people.

I think this was the best day of the year so far.

My four hour research workshop class was cancelled/postponed until December. Thank god. That class bores me to death.

Been sick since the weekend (been sick since every weekend though lol, that October weather is getting to me during acting), so I treated myself to a microwave mugbrownie. It was heavenly.

Am in my 3rd week of driving in the city, and I am still doing okay!!

Just had a great time playing a game with my cousin, Keep Talking And Nobody Explodes. It's tons of fun to watch, but playing is just great! And I missed her too. Such a great week so far.
