Also, I went and volunteered tonight to play music at some different places with a brass quintet. We practiced for 20 min before the first show and it was awful. Thankfully, no one showed up and the other trumpet and I did fine at sight reading and the other brass instruments ended up transposing some songs that we had prepared so we didn't have to play the music given to us 20 min before the show (great organization, right?). Everything went better than expected and it was actually a lot of fun. I went out to see a movie with three of the four other guys afterwards and had a great time
