It seems like only very stylized games have overall vocalized sound tracks i.e. The World Ends With You, Persona 3&4(and 1's PSP port) and Jet Set Radio. What other games have such radical OSTs?

I think the Vocaloid game for PSP has vocals in it. If you're interested in that kind of game, though.

I guess I should've said no rhythm games cause stuff like Vocaloid, Gitaroo Man, Patapon or Parappa consist of nothing but actual singing and are pretty given.
