Scavenger Hunt this year is pretty hard already asking for 3 items in the first 4 rounds. haha but heck its fun. I totally forgot to do yesterday's busy at work and slept the whole night after work.  Here in my country we barely have a Lawnmower on stores 'cause we have this kind of guy with this kinda tool to give a call and do the job for us *actually 'cause everyone is cramped up in apartments and condos nowadays

This morning I went to the city to see shops where I could find a lawn mower. By the end of the morning the only thing I could find was closed doors.

Me thinking: "Hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhmmmm then people complain we don't produce enough. And crisis. And that there's no jobs. And blabla  "

When I got home I was surprised to find my husband and my kids: "Why aren't the kids in school? It was your day to take them, right? RIGHT?"

Husband looks at me perplexed and entertained: "Well, it's june 10th, you know...? National holiday and all that."

Me thinking: "I'm stupid."

 

 

BUT, I'm considering about going to the city tonight, see if I can take a pic through some window or whatever lol it will be funny. Unless I'm caught by a police officer and taken to the precinct accused of trespassing.  THAT would make a nice story to tell my grandkids.

We have a community park where I know there's at least one lawn mower, but it's holiday and there's no one I could ask to "show me your tools" lol

if you're in or near lisboa i know a really big hardware store with a very friendly old owner. he might have the three things in the shop window display, i remember being fairly impressed with the selection of things he had to sell.
