People sell UC Neopets on this site, but you have to be around for a little bit before anyone will trade with you

i've thought about that, but i would like my uc soon and i've contacted the seller about the details(delivering in shell account) but i'm not sure about it...

Well, if it looks suspicious, just be patient and wait. This is real money we're talking about, so it's worth it to be careful.

other websites probably overcharge for stuff too, waiting until you get 10 posts and then you can use the trading post here
