Okay so I'm home alone next week and I want to try out baking again now my parents can't see the mess I make. I've got a real sweet tooth so I'd love to try desserts, pies, cupcakes,...

So I was wondering if you people had some recipes for me to try out :D

Hint, I LOVE chocolate.

Found this one on FB the other day! They looked pretty good, haven't made them yet though. Seems easy enough, just time consuming.

These bad boys. They are gone within seconds when I make them.

1 1/4 cup of flower
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
6 tablespoons of softened butter
1/2 cup + 1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup + 1 teaspoon of brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup of creamy peanut butter
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 cup of chocolate chips
1 cup Reese's peanut butter cups

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
2. Using electric mixer, beat sugar, butter and peanut butter until fluffy.
3. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
4. Slowly, add the flour and baking soda until all combined.
5. Add in the chocolate chips
6. Take large scoops of the dough on your prepared pan, and flatten the top out using the back of a spoon.
7.  Bake the cookies for 8 minutes, pull out and add the mini reese's cups, and pop back in the oven for 3 more minutes
8. Cool & eat them bad boys!

Oh my goodness.  Those sound DELICIOUS.

If you had posted a picture, I might have licked my monitor.  (I love peanut butter & chocolate.)

What about chocolate covered kiwi pops? :D

I made them once, it's delicious!

PS: Aside from all the recipes, if you're home alone and want to enjoy a hot cup of chocolate milk, I recommend putting little pieces of marshmallow in it!  ^_^

edit: oh my, @Liesa are you a fan of Jimi Hendrix?

I just realised your 'Foxy Lady' text under your avie. I always use foxy lady related usernames for my insta/twitter/...

Hendrix is life!

What sort of baking do you like? I do a LOT of baking, so happy to give recipes.

One recipe I've found that's incredible despite sounding odd - choc chip apple cake: http://allrecipes.co...ake/detail.aspx

It is AWESOME - gone in minutes the two times I've taken it to work.
