Yes, it can't be the country's flag. But, it can be any state flag although it's probably easiest to find the flag of the state that you're currently in.

Unfortunately we have to use our specific state's flag I'm pretty sure. If your state is anything like mine it sucks cause it's all about the pride of being an American here (there's a US flag every few blocks) and there's like zero Arizona pride lol. I didn't see any AZ flags while driving this morning so I'm going to drive around later and look for one

@Rocket I can't accept your entry since even though UK is technically a state to them, for us it's considered a country. For example the flag you showed would be akin to the US flag. I would only accept England, N Ireland, Scotland, or Wales since those would be akin to the 50 states.

Do post offices have state flags? There is a post office on my way home.

 

City Hall is also on my way home but I'd have to stop on main street and people would see me taking pictures and that would be awks.

Edit: Nevermind. I FINALLY FUCKING FOUND AN AZ FLAG. Damn that was hard. It wasn't windy though so here's a pic of the flag all spread out. Also this is a very very awful pictures of me but I don't even care right now because I finally found an AZ flag. *phew*
