I have the proxy settings set with my proxy ip/port, but do i also need to set user agent settings as well?
is user agent settings required?

I don't do it, but it can come in handy if you always only use one specific browser, so it seems a bit more legit. You don't have to though, I don't think it's that important.

User agents are used to let the server know the type of device that is browsing. While they are not required, it is a good idea to have one to prevent potential flagging.
