It's got something to do with an award Yung set up on ZB which was very clique-y based and quite lame.

He's been thinking about doing that for months now, that's not news.

I founded that with him. Basically it was me, him, and two other people that started it.
It failed pretty quickly. I quit because it was a stupid amount of work with no results, switched to codex instead and I'm much happier here.

I'm one of the other people in the table. While it was admittedly kinda cliquey, it's intentions were good and it helped the site a bit at it's peak. But Aria is right, it was basically a lot of work with nominal value, and it has been basically inactive for the last few months. Also, if Yung/the table starts a new forum, it won't be Neopets focused anyways.

For the record, I was kind of against there being an onsite award for it. I know it just kind of looks bad. When it comes down to it, it was just a small group of people trying to help the site. It was clearly too little too late, however.

Nah, it's just kind of a sore spot for me still. I'll be over it soon enough.

But yeah, pretty early on we discussed making our own forum, Yung was going to be head admin, and the rest of us were going to be mods.
 

tbh, even if I got it offered back to me I wouldn't want to mod the new site. I didn't even care much for the responsibilities I had on Zombians after a few weeks, I can't imagine them being increased.

But I've actually had 0 problems with any members, and I'm really glad to be here. It's starting to become my most visited site tbh

(Don't get me wrong though, I prefer things that way) but also I wondered if I was going to be harshly judged for being tight with Yung for quite a while.

I did for a bit, mainly because every other word out of his mouth for months was "aria" so my first thought was omg spy

It's a nice gesture that you all wanted to try and help bring activity back to ZB but yeah, having an award for it probably wasn't necessary and like you said, was a case of too little, too late unfortunately.

In all fairness, Yung was pretty much powerless to do anything to stop the fall.
