Hoping someone can help with this one.

 

I just installed Windows 10 on my pc, downloaded Neocodex Program Manager, and it won't load!

What are the basic requirements for the Program Manager? Am I missing something?

I have Windows 10 Pro, dual-boot with Windows 7 if that matters...

Maybe try right click > run as administrator?

Thanks guys, I got it.

I uninstalled the program,disabled the antivirus, downloaded it again, reinstalled.

Made sure I put the new folder into my exceptions.
