Sooooo I have been creating heaps of accounts for the upcoming AC.

 

What happened so some of them was:

When the "input email address" page came up, sometimes it would keep saying "Oops error occurred try again", no matter what I did. I tried multiple email addresses as well as refreshing the page but nothing helped. So I gave up on those accounts.

 

But those accounts were still created and I can look them up on Neo and see their lookup and everything! And when I try to login to those accounts, it keeps saying wrong password. And I can't make a password request as there are no associated email with those accounts -.-'

 

Has this ever happened to anyone? Is there a way I can fix it and have access to those accounts?

another weird thing happened to me so the error thing kept coming up then FINALLY I got it to work with a random email address.. And THEN when I went to check the email address: it was something completely different?! And when I went to change it to something else, it kept saying the password was wrong so it couldn't complete my request

And for that same account I made the country US or something and then when I went to check - it said Brazil ...

This happened to me once. Apparently the account names were being purged or something of the sort. Were the names "popular" I guess you could say? Like would they be common?

Yeah I would assume the names were quite popular. I can say I was surprised that they were available.

Then ya. They were most likely purged accounts. Don't know all the specifics, but I made the account tien shinhan and it wouldn't let me have it.

During the first purge there was a bug that allowed you to create the account by hitting back, refreshing and entering your email again which would bypass the check. I created a 3L account and several theme accounts (eg Harry Potter names). It also let you create some accounts which still had the old info attached (emails, zip codes, countries). If you could create the email again (like if it was expired) you could get the account activation sent to you. If it was still a valid email you couldn't keep the account. I made so many good names locked out this way
