 "for taking some time away from his busy schedule cello-ing to write a pretty comprehensive guide on how to get into private. i'm sure it will help a lot of members who aspire to sit at the top near the top of the neocodex pyramid one day. i wish i could benefit from such a guide when i applied to private because i was part of the first batch of applicants who had to be judged by all private members instead of only the staff members. it was so nerve-wrecking y'all.   (how to get into retired guide next, please.)"
