First you need to preorder a dumb Japanese game that comes with incredibly cheap sunglasses, and then you have to go to used game store that's trying to pawn off the incredibly dusty "gamer" hat with a Mario mushroom and a stupid slogan on it.
After that it's pretty straightforward.
