Working fine for me without having to delete & download it again. Thanks to everyone who worked on getting it fixed so quickly.  ^_^

I've deleted and redownloaded but I get a notification when I log in to the program manager:

"Update Available

There is an update available!

In order for you to use the most up-to-date software we will require you to manually update it. Please visit www.neocodex.us to do so."

Is there something else I need to do? Thanks :)

I'm getting that error as well.

Edit: Also to add, I downloaded two days ago and it was working fine until today.

Neocodex program manager has been working fine for me for the past 24 hours I have had it up. No errors, no crashes, no failures to update. Currently using ambrosia now with no issues at all.

You have all made sure it isn't the classic IPV6 error (there is a thread about it somewhere, I can provide a link if need be), have tried right clicking the program and running as administrator, and just for shits and giggles, (Don't hurt me, please it is a real thing to do) restart the computer just in case any background things were causing some hiccups?

No, I have never had any issues running program manager until now. After the issue was fixed, it was running fine for me yesterday. However, today, suddenly this message appears asking me to update my program manager at neocodex, and the message doesn't go away no matter what.

Hmmm, the odd part is I am unable to generate that same error. I just closed abrosia, then closed program manager, opened the file via Pre_loader via right click 'run as admin', it auto logged me in, and bam! Ambrosia back up and running. Don't know if it has anything to do with me being an advanced member or not. Seems an advanced member is having the issue as well. Just restocked an item too, so ambrosia is working too.

For what it's worth, it was working when I went to bed last night, but now wants an update. I downloaded the new one, uninstalled, and then reinstalled and I'm getting the "needs a manual update" deal. Already ran as admin.

From what info I gathered from someone else, it seems that it is server side and kinda spotty too. People with mac are claiming to have it up and running. I am on windows 8.1 and have it running too. Give it time, nothing is wrong on your end. Just gotta wait for a fix. :3

Does the pre_loader.exe notepad give any particular lines of error?

Getting the same problem. Uninstalled and reinstalled four times, redownloading the program each time, and still getting the, "There is an update available" thing.

"Update available" happened a couple of days ago during the crash. It happened around time they started fixing it, so just give it time. It is all server side, not user side.
