The program was working yesterday, but today I'm getting this error, even after re-installing..

Did they stop working on it? o.o
It should be fixed now. I switched the active version in the API to 3.1.0. which seems to me like the newest one. Can someone check to see that it is not saying that message anymore?
** Also I am too lazy to switch back to Retired Member, so deal with me being Admin for a while.

Wasn't fully broken either as many were able to use it yesterday while others could not.
I had 0 issues launching Program Manager and Ambrosia yesterday and was unable to generate the error people were having. (Update available before even able to fully launch into program manager)
New API seems to have been put in place, so here is hoping for a stable run for quite some time to come.

hey so program manager works now for me. but before all this happened i was able to change my refresh times and choose what shops to restock in and some other things, and now it says that is for advanced members only. i didnt have advanced membership before but was able to do it. just wondering if that was an intentional part of the fix?

Being able to adjust the refresh times and everything has always been just for advanced and higher, so when everything else got fixed, it probably set yours to what it should be.

I tried yesterday and today and get the "Unable to download shop info from Neocodex.us" error still. I reinstalled it and still getting the same error

I'm having trouble with the Shapeshifter Solver in the Program Manager. Is this related to programmers working?

Any specific errors that the preloader.exe notepad log has to say?
Try running as administrator?
Also if you disable your IPV6 does it help? (Many issues are caused by an IPV6 error from your network adapter, lots of forums in here that discuss the 'how to' of fixing that.
I'll attempt to run Shapeshifter Solver to see if I can get any errors to happen on my end.
Findings: Shapeshifter solver seems to keep logging out the second it tries to run. Is that the error you were getting as well, Neobo?
