flash is hard to learn at least thats what I'm finding I'm messing around with action script theres not many decent tuts though

yea, flash is hard to learn and there's not many tutorials on it. I actually intended to learn flash making but learnt HTML instead, HTML is much more easier

those are actually good, I mean its not exactly great graphics but its si'mple and funny with great music. the only thing you could change for the first one is make the neck get shorter when the guys head goes down.

A lot more then I can do. All I can think of for I'mprovment is to work on creating I'mages. I highly suggest using sprites. They are plentiful, and make movement easier to develop.
Other then that I think you have the basic workings of flash down good enough.
