ok I think I'm inproving alittle bit please tell me how to make this better or just how to make better sigs pwease

Both the name and subtext need to be clearer, can hardly see them. Make them stand out more, or use a more blockish squarish font.

I hade a stroke on it and I know I need more fonts do you know where I can get some?

Hmm again the subtext is very hard to read in that sig, you need to make it a different colour. . Oh and try use a colour balance to give ur I'mage some life

Layer > New Adjustment Layer > color balance

Subtexts usually small with white colour and 1 px black stroke round them. Right click on your text layer and click blending options.
