That's actually happens to me quite often as well. After opening three lab cookies (which all have given me 1 extra zap) I seem to get does nothing more frequently. I actually got 'does nothing' twice with my extra zap.

Man, that's a bummer.

Got the same thing again today. No change, and 2 str. For the 2 weeks I've had extra zaps, there has been no real net gain
