Once you get a full Lab Map can you sell it? or does it take the map away from you?

It was a while ago for me, but I believe you have to go to the map page to actually use it. To play it safe, keep 1 piece seperate in your shop or safety deposit box.

I've been getting a lot of endurance lately, but I don't want it. I mean of course I want it, but not yet. I keep losing defence and DIRELY need to balance out my stats. How do you guys keep them in check?
