I have such lousy luck with the labray.
I mostly just get HP and str boosts( common common common)
Though if you'd count beginner luck in, my first lab ray zap was turning my white meerca into a faerie meerca 2 years back. Course i hated faerie-themed stuff and got so sad that my meerca turned ugly D=

I'm not one for Faerie coloured pets, either. If you could remove the wings I would love a Faerie Lutari. Otherwise...

How long have you been zapping it? I've been zapping my ugly Red Ruki now for 2 months with nothing but stat changes
On one account, around three months, on my current, completing a month as week speak. Oh. And just to spark some interest on the subject, tried the ray out on a different pet on the older account and it changed her color to red! So hmph. Shenanigans!
Nope. You can still buy that paintbrush I believe. There are some unique colors you can only get from the lab [Alien, Chocolate, Clay, Coconut, Custard, Garlic, Ice, Jelly, Mallow, Msp, Robot, Snot, Sponge.] but gold isn't one of them.My pet was zapped gold today - is this a lab only colour?
