"does nothing" and "3 movement"

The lab cookie seems to just be giving me "does nothing" as the extra zap, or vice versa. Either way, I'm still basically getting just 1 zap

That's actually happens to me quite often as well. After opening three lab cookies (which all have given me 1 extra zap) I seem to get does nothing more frequently. I actually got 'does nothing' twice with my extra zap.
