I heard they have been THREATENED, not sued yet. Besides, TNt doens't have that much of a case..

we dont know that they dont have much of a case yet. we dont understand the law and dont have degrees in the field 
. They may have a case or they may not. I'm sure they wouldnt claim to have a case if they didnt have a case. Scare tactics would probably not be very legal.

neopets are up to their usual stuff, they will try and target us in the future but hydro will scare them away! lol well if neopets try shut down neofreaks they probably will

Actually they have a point, according to their T&C programs are NOT allowed to be used. I guess if you are caught making the programs, they can sue you for all you're worth
