Immagine getting sued for using the auto-refersher built into firefox. Heh, I can't immagine them being able to tell the difference.

I think this has actually always been there in the long version. Though TNT is sneaky having it in the MISC section of the LONG rules!

Funny part about it is, is if you use someone elses account, you never created the account, so its not your fault.

lol how could they sue u? they don't have all of our real information. through ips? and how do programs mess up their site, especially $50000 worth

Base on all the fact I know so far..They dont have the right to sue you right away and Your ISP wont give out your real info that easily.

lol, I never signed up for neopets! I am using an account I was given thus I never agreed too the Term of Service. So they cannot sue me. This is so b/s. In a court of law wouldn't they have to prove that the program caused them a loss of revanue?

I am serious, what about the kids. Allot of kids are here, using our programs. I can't possibly belivie they would charge them, think about how they will feel...

Well my friend recently got frozen for using a cheat or downloadable program but he didn't any mail or something like that all he got was a frozen account :p

I totally agree. This is some of the biggest bull$^&# ever. But no fear. As many of you have pointed out already , there are many flaws... when I first heard about the rule I just burst out laughing....Im glad their our not just others but plenty of others who agree how retarded this "Scare Tactic" is
